Repair of my Mom's fridge only lasted 4 months... even within their 3 months of their guarantee, we reported issues on temperature control. Not happy...
The customer service is not taking things seriously on these guys. I called with one problem from beginning of the year and we are now over half-year but the problem is still there. What I find frustrating as well is that, the discovery bank consultant will tell you that they'll call you back but it doesn’t ever happen. I have an issue putting FNB credit card as a beneficiary or public beneficiary. I was told by Discovery Bank to go to FNB, however FNB has proven that the problem is not on their side since I am able to put such details on other banks, obviously other than Discovery Bank. I recently sent pictures as per request to clientdocuments but nothing is happening at all. Clearly, they are waiting for me to make other calls furthermore. I seriously consider to leave these guys very soon.
These guys are ******... stay away. You've been warned. I don't normally say this unless I have to... recently bought Honor Magic 6 pro and very unhappy with this experience.
Very bad workmanship... they promise you stars but in reality, you'll be wasting your money. I called them over and over again, instead of sealing your roof, they'll make it worst. Be warned!!!
Couldn't wait for my 3 year term to finish. Was ********** badly by these guys. Finally will look for better tracking company.
This business is just a ****... when recruiting it's super convincing to give discounts until you joined. Thereafter, all their places become fully booked. Such a shame to have fallen for their lies...
I hardly bad mouth people if I don't have fact. As piece of important advice, do yourself a favor and don't even try taking your vehicle here. If I decide to mention everything, unfortunately it would be a Novel. They will change your vehicle parts, give you false information about your vehicle (faulty parts), etc. Be warned!!!
I am very disappointed with Discovery, after many of my calls and after calls from Percy (health provider) trying to get back my MSA but in vain. What I hate mostly was to constantly repeating myself about the concern. Last lady, Shany Vermaak was the worst person, with her deceiving voice as if she’s trying to help. She decided to hang up on me and never call back. The main issue was between Discovery and the health provider but I found myself having to make million calls lasting long because nothing was happening. I have my day to day job to do, other than making private calls esp. without help. I can’t see what makes people confused if they are recording call reference numbers as they do all the time. It’s a matter of my getting myself a respectful Medical Aid now.
