No Returns | No Communication
I'm not sure if these people are drop shipping from China or if it's a Chinese company acting like a local one. DO NOT support this company unless you are 100% sure about the item you have ordered, as you cannot return items. Honestly, You are better off ordering off TEMU, they stock the exact same products for a fraction of the price, and you can actually return them if you need to.

I'm not sure if these people are drop shipping from China or if it's a Chinese company acting like a local one. DO NOT support this company unless you are 100% sure about the item you have ordered, as you cannot return items. Honestly, You are better off ordering off TEMU, they stock the exact same products for a fraction of the price, and you can actually return them if you need to.

They do not refund!!!
On 23 September 2025 I placed an order the evening. On the 24th I received a message saying it will be shipped from China and I am responsible for the import tax. Within minutes I respond to cancel my order as I was unaware it needs to be imported. After going back and forth for a few days I received a message on 29 September that my refund was processed and will take up to 15 business days to reflect. Today 17 October 2025 when i followed up I was told "sorry your refund is still processing"... It is 15 business days after they told me it is already processed!!!!
