Hi there, I've been purchasing contact lenses from Classic Eyes Pavilion for a few years now and I've always gotten good service. But recently I've been having problems with the service I've been receiving. I always purchase online because of the convenience and recently I have to constantly keep following up on the order. You stock a brand called Air Optix which nobody at the Pav branch can assist with. They always say it's an oversees brand and they don't know how long it's going to take. Why even stock the brand then ? I called the store on the 2nd of July. I was told it will be dispatched that same day. I call today - 6th July and I'm told that the supplier doesn't have stock and it will take another 2 weeks. Why even stock the brand ? Why doesn't this information appear on the website when we purchasing? And it's not the first time this has happened. Extremely dissatisfied customer
