In February 2018 I had new sheets placed on my patio port - Denise requested full amount be paid before job was done and I paid. I have now been struggling since then to have them come back to fix the leaking that has resulted from the rains we have had. It leaks around the shute of the indoor braai and they have put waterproof paint/gunk and material and last Saturday my husband cleaned the water logged around there so that it could dry, and he mentioned that the 'material/paint' is so soft - it was breaking off. we have had some good warm days and every time I call Denise or send a sms or send an email to ask when the repairs will be done - there is an excuse all the time - either she doesn't have work in my area and she cannot send somebody to me, if she cant pay them OR the bakkie is broken and she doesn't have another vehicle - all her jobs are on hold OR I cannot help it that is still leaks, they have tried everything - SERIOUSLY - I PAID IN FULL - they need to find a way to fix the leaks and not give me excuses - I didn't hesitate to pay, when she asked for payment in full. I was told that Denise is the owner of this company - how she still gets jobs is beyond me, if her after sales services sucks and is non-existent. I am at wits end - next stop will be taking them to court to get my money back and get somebody else to fix their **** job !!!!
