post-sale support

This is for post-sale customer service specifically at the Bedford Centre branch in Johannesburg. Took my month old glasses ack for help because it slips off. They were disinterested, unhelpful and rude. I went to Execuspecs afterwards who were quite helpful despite the fact that I did not buy the specs from them.
