Poor service and bad attitude

I bought a Groupon to have a gelish done at Claudia's Nails and it lasted 3 days - it started bubbling up and chipping. I contacted Claudia (the owner) who wasn't very impressed with me complaining but she asked me to come in so that she could have a look. I went in and showed her how terrible my nails looked. With much attitude, she said that it's not bubbling and its nothing to run home about. She also said that she doesn't have time for stuff like this over the busy festive season. She then filed the nails and fixed it like adding poly filler to a wall but didnt bother to smooth it out. The day after the gelish came off one of my nails that were bubbling and after that a few more. I'm really disappointed in the way that Claudia conducted herself when I told her that the gelish was bubbling. Also, because I've been there before and was happy with the service, I mentioned that it could be because of the new product that she was using but that made her even more upset. I wouldn't recommend Claudia's Nails to anyone. Money well wasted!
