Stellar Service from Mit Mak Motors Team
I had an exceptionally good experience with Mit Mak Motors (MMM) From the person sent out to inspect my vehicle (Razeen), to the offer made for it (Chris) and then also the service from the sales person (Megan Flanagan) who assisted me in purchasing a new vehicle. Razeen was extremely thorough in his inspection of my vehicle that I was selling to MMM and through further discussion with him, I decided to do a trade-in instead and purchase a replacement vehicle from them. I was offered a relatively good amount for my vehicle compared to a big competitor. I was then handed over to Megan who provided a stellar service. She was extremely helpful and efficient. She walked me through the entire trade-in and purchase process and kept me updated every step of the way. Within less than a day, I had traded in my vehicle and 2 days later my new vehicle was delivered to my door step in Cape Town. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mit Mak Motors as an excellent company to trade in and buy vehicles from. Thanks Razeen, Chris and Megan - you have exceeded my expectations! Megan, I would buy a very vehicle from you any day! MMM is well deserving of their No 1 rating!

Poor service and bad attitude
I bought a Groupon to have a gelish done at Claudia's Nails and it lasted 3 days - it started bubbling up and chipping. I contacted Claudia (the owner) who wasn't very impressed with me complaining but she asked me to come in so that she could have a look. I went in and showed her how terrible my nails looked. With much attitude, she said that it's not bubbling and its nothing to run home about. She also said that she doesn't have time for stuff like this over the busy festive season. She then filed the nails and fixed it like adding poly filler to a wall but didnt bother to smooth it out. The day after the gelish came off one of my nails that were bubbling and after that a few more. I'm really disappointed in the way that Claudia conducted herself when I told her that the gelish was bubbling. Also, because I've been there before and was happy with the service, I mentioned that it could be because of the new product that she was using but that made her even more upset. I wouldn't recommend Claudia's Nails to anyone. Money well wasted!
