No promised order and refund

Last year I put in two orders. The first on the 6th of July and the second on the 10th of July. They first orders were 2 children customised sneakers, an Adult version for myself and a pair of leggings for myself. The second order was a pair or high top sneakers from the USA and according to them I was the first one to order this. On the 28th of August I received a what's app stating they were waiting for the speakers to arrive to fulfill the orders. Many what's apps later I finally received the 2 customized children sneakers a day before Christmas. They didn't have the designs I requested , in fact apart from a colour difference the designs were the same and 1 pair was in the wrong size. No apologies what so ever. Again many what's apps and emails later they promise a refund for the remainder of the two orders, amounting up to r2911. They claim they don't make leggings anymore but advertise them on Facebook. No explanation why they cannot deliver my ordered customised sneakers and for the USA High top pair theit excuse is that it's probably got lost in transportation from the USA. They don't answer what's apps anymore and after requesting my bank account details twice I receive no answers anymore on any emails and they blocked me on fb. It's been 10 months of waiting, endless promises and a bit even half full filled order and continues lies and excuses and no refund
