Didn't receive order. Very rude and not helpful!
If I could give zero stars I would have. Worst service I ever received in my life. You will not receive your order. Don't order anything from them. And they want to cry on Facebook how Terrible people treat them. Big big ****sters!!! When you post on their Facebook they remove it.

Dissatisfied Cutomer
I ordered, and paid for, 4 pairs of leggings on 13 October 2024. 2 pairs arrived on 12 December 2024. To date I still haven't received the other 2 pairs of leggings. On 18 January 2025 and 31 January 2025 I followed up and was told it had not arrived yet. On 12 February 2025 and 20 February 2025 I requested a refund. On 26 February 2025, after yet another follow up from me, you said you'd "process it asap". To date I have still not received anything.

Sadly not worth the hassles
An update on my last review of Clayden's Designs: I have received a full refund, after numerous empty promises of the parcel being dispatched ( it was sent, Courier Guy lost the parcel; I will Uber to CG this afternoon to dispatch all my parcels; I just got my car back this morning and will go there this afternoon; I will go tomorrow; I am standing in the queue to send your parcel; Please send the invoice, I lost it"). Since the refund was made, Ms Botes has been trying to manipulate me into altering my review, or removing it, claiming it is damaging to her son. There has been so many untruths that an alteration or removal of my previous review does not warrant it. I maintain that the products are of a superior quality, but the battle to obtain it or get a refund, is just not worth it

Non-existent service
I have been working with Clayden's mother for about 3 years now. Although the products are really awesome, the client service is beyond appalling. With every order, there has been a problem, from incorrect designs to failure to keep to the promised time structure and false promises of dispatching merchandise. My latest attempt to purchase a garment has now run to FIFTEEN months and I have given up waiting for my parcel to arrive and U have requested a refund. I will not advise anyone to attempt purchasing merchandise, unless you are extremely patient.

Non-existent service
I have been working with Clayden's mother for about 3 years now. Although the products are really awesome, the client service is beyond appalling. With every order, there has been a problem, from incorrect designs to failure to keep to the promised time structure and false promises of dispatching merchandise. Still waiting...
Up until last July I had received all my items and given this company great reviews which included inviting all my contacts to grow and follow their page. Last July I placed a large order which was a personalized comforter with matching pillows. When the order eventually arrived 5 months later (due to all sorts of reasons including the printer not having ink) the slips were missing. Another three months of following ups and they were eventually delivered... the wrong product arrived... The messages then began back and forth and there were numerous excuses including loadshedding etc. I was then promised that my order would be delivered. That was March 2024. Since then, Antoinette has blocked me from their Facebook page and doesn't respond to any messages sent via whatsapp and even IG. My heart absolutely wholeheartedly supported Clayden and his autism but it seems their business plan is not as good. After doing some research I have realized I'm amongst a large group of people who have either been blocked because they have given a poor review or just never received their order. It has now been a year since my original order and having interacted with Antoinette I doubt she will even be bothered to read these reviews and respond. Should there be any feedback, I will gladly edit my review.

No promised order and refund
Last year I put in two orders. The first on the 6th of July and the second on the 10th of July. They first orders were 2 children customised sneakers, an Adult version for myself and a pair of leggings for myself. The second order was a pair or high top sneakers from the USA and according to them I was the first one to order this. On the 28th of August I received a what's app stating they were waiting for the speakers to arrive to fulfill the orders. Many what's apps later I finally received the 2 customized children sneakers a day before Christmas. They didn't have the designs I requested , in fact apart from a colour difference the designs were the same and 1 pair was in the wrong size. No apologies what so ever. Again many what's apps and emails later they promise a refund for the remainder of the two orders, amounting up to r2911. They claim they don't make leggings anymore but advertise them on Facebook. No explanation why they cannot deliver my ordered customised sneakers and for the USA High top pair theit excuse is that it's probably got lost in transportation from the USA. They don't answer what's apps anymore and after requesting my bank account details twice I receive no answers anymore on any emails and they blocked me on fb. It's been 10 months of waiting, endless promises and a bit even half full filled order and continues lies and excuses and no refund

Brilliant service from start to finnish with my order. I felt I had to give credit where credit is due. I have seen some reveiws on here and felt I should post my positive experience as not all were. My product is of high quality and a fantastic item as its diffrent to the mass produced items in the chain stores. My interaction with the owner was precise and clear. The colours are so vibrant and I will definately order again and refer! What I do need to point out, is this is a small business run by Mom and Son, and their time does need to be respected. I was mortified to find out that my friend who purchased a duvet cover, was contacting the business out of business hours and on Sundays. My friend also did not understand that delivery time is working business days. If you have thought of ordering, do it. My friend is over the moon with her duvet cover aswell.

Reading through the reviews posted here, it seems this seller has a modus operandi of being "nice" until payment is made, then does not deliver and buyers get blocked on social media and whatsapp with no way to enquire about their order. I wish I had read these reviews before placing a rather large order- that I never received .
