If I could give zero stars I would have. Worst service I ever received in my life. You will not receive your order. Don't order anything from them. And they want to cry on Facebook how Terrible people treat them. Big big ****sters!!! When you post on their Facebook they remove it.
Pudo lost my parcel in a completely different town than where I even sent it to. They admitted it was their fault. Now I have a loss, they take no responsibility. Ignores their customers. You just have to pay pay pay. Roche Steenkamp will send you to the police for a affidavit, and shunt you around for all sorts of documents and at then end they don't even pay for the loss and damages. I will not ever use this poor company again.
Guys, if you want your parcel to get lost use the courier guy/pudo. This is the worst company really! courier guy lost my parcel, sent me chasing for a month and said they will pay for the parcel, I had to get quotes for the items that was lost but they lie. they only want to pay R1000 and it was far more than that. DONT USE THIS PLACE. they are sharks, they will keep you running around phoning around and begging and take no responsibility for their poor work. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN IN MY LIFE
Do not waste your money paying Sirago for Gap Cover. You will end up very disappointed. After numerous emails they do not pay for claims. I have been struggling for 5 months just to get feedback on two old claims, however this company ignores you and think of lots of excuses not to pay claims. New claims gets ignored, when asked for feedback you get SILENCE... The " ceo " Martin, as he calls himself promises to investigate but then also disappears with no answers. Never in my life have I had such poor service from any place!!!!

The whole of SA can learn from Isabella Garcia. They promptly answer customer's emails and are always friendly. Within a few days from requesting a new order they have already shipped it to me. I never wait long and always get awesome service. I wish all companies in SA can be like this. Its a joy having to deal with Isabella's people. Well done guys and gals!
<p>I place an order at 11:30 today. The order was for same day delivery as shown on the order you sent me.</p> <p>I had to phone 5 times! I had to email the proof of payment 3 times. By the time I eventually got feedback from Netflorist it was 13:30 and they said it will now be delivered tomorrow because I placed the order late. Thats a lie!</p> <p>It was for my mother who has been diagnosed with Cancer. Her last day at work is today and from tomorrow she will be in and out of hospital. She is far away from me and I cannot be there. I thought this would be a memorable experience with some nice flowers to make her feel better. Instead. just a nightmare. Will never support you again. A lady from Clientele just phoned me now. She is very rude sniffing all over the phone. She says that my policy has been canceled. <br> When did that happen? I have been paying every month!<br> <br> I need urgent feedback from Clientele to tell me what is going on with the supporting paperwork.<br> <br> This lady was very rude and unprofessional. I'm truly disgusted.<br>
I paid off my car with Nedbank MFC and ever since I cannot get hold of them. I have emailed them 5 times, phoned Paul Matshele numerous times but he never answers his phone. I have to register this car on my name and I need the papers. Why don't you answer me? This is very bad service! You were quick to jump on my case to pay you and now that I paid all the money I owed you ignore me! SHOCKING!!!
