Sadly not worth the hassles

An update on my last review of Clayden's Designs: I have received a full refund, after numerous empty promises of the parcel being dispatched ( it was sent, Courier Guy lost the parcel; I will Uber to CG this afternoon to dispatch all my parcels; I just got my car back this morning and will go there this afternoon; I will go tomorrow; I am standing in the queue to send your parcel; Please send the invoice, I lost it"). Since the refund was made, Ms Botes has been trying to manipulate me into altering my review, or removing it, claiming it is damaging to her son. There has been so many untruths that an alteration or removal of my previous review does not warrant it. I maintain that the products are of a superior quality, but the battle to obtain it or get a refund, is just not worth it
