Such bad service
Really, really struggling to communicate with them. First I needed to return a purchase to exchange it for something else, which was an extremely painful process. Now I have been waiting for an order since 10 Jan, with no response from them.

The worst of the worst.
The absolute worst. Unreliable, not delivering, sitting with parcels for 9 days from Jhb to George. And this is the second time.

Sadly not worth the hassles
An update on my last review of Clayden's Designs: I have received a full refund, after numerous empty promises of the parcel being dispatched ( it was sent, Courier Guy lost the parcel; I will Uber to CG this afternoon to dispatch all my parcels; I just got my car back this morning and will go there this afternoon; I will go tomorrow; I am standing in the queue to send your parcel; Please send the invoice, I lost it"). Since the refund was made, Ms Botes has been trying to manipulate me into altering my review, or removing it, claiming it is damaging to her son. There has been so many untruths that an alteration or removal of my previous review does not warrant it. I maintain that the products are of a superior quality, but the battle to obtain it or get a refund, is just not worth it

Best online baking supply company!
What a superstar business to deal with! I am a return customer, and every order has been dealt with super fast and very professionally. Their products are of the best quality; they have the best prices, and always has a special offer running. Definitely a company I would recommend for all your baking needs.

Non-existent service
I have been working with Clayden's mother for about 3 years now. Although the products are really awesome, the client service is beyond appalling. With every order, there has been a problem, from incorrect designs to failure to keep to the promised time structure and false promises of dispatching merchandise. My latest attempt to purchase a garment has now run to FIFTEEN months and I have given up waiting for my parcel to arrive and U have requested a refund. I will not advise anyone to attempt purchasing merchandise, unless you are extremely patient.

Best Car Hire
Again, a five star service I received from Woodford Car Hire at OR Tambo airport! From the WhatsApp the day before, to the handover of the vehicle, just the best, efficient service. Woodford is now my go-to car hire company. Their rates are the best, their vehicles top notch. Well done!

Excellent service from Woodford Car Hire
I have used Woodford car hire services twice in the last 8 months ( both times from ORT), and I have to commend them for excellent customer service, speedy and efficient transactions and awareness of their clients. In September '22 I had booked a car for myself and 4 other people to participate in a fencing competition. Our luggage comprised inter alia of 2 fencing bags which are similar to golf bags. The Woodford agent looked at our luggage and gave us a free upgrade to a bigger vehicle. On both occasions the agency was quite busy, and some clients did not comply with the required credit card holding deposits. These issues were dealt with in a professional, dignified manner, the agents trying to assist the clients by really going the extra mile. Well done Woodford, once again it was an absolute pleasure dealing with you!

Best quality and unique products
ClaydensDesigns offers a unique range of products with the most incredible designs. The quality of their products are top notch, is colour fast, and does not go saggy after a few washes. Yes, the business faces huge obstacles due to load shedding, but I have always been able (for about a year that I have used them) to communicate with the owner to solve any issues. Besides their products, they are raising awareness about autism and related matters such as bullying, which gives their range even more credibility. To constantly strive to offer the best quality to your customers, I salute you - well done, and keep going!
