Non-existent service

I have been working with Clayden's mother for about 3 years now. Although the products are really awesome, the client service is beyond appalling. With every order, there has been a problem, from incorrect designs to failure to keep to the promised time structure and false promises of dispatching merchandise. My latest attempt to purchase a garment has now run to FIFTEEN months and I have given up waiting for my parcel to arrive and U have requested a refund. I will not advise anyone to attempt purchasing merchandise, unless you are extremely patient.
