Still waiting...

Up until last July I had received all my items and given this company great reviews which included inviting all my contacts to grow and follow their page. Last July I placed a large order which was a personalized comforter with matching pillows. When the order eventually arrived 5 months later (due to all sorts of reasons including the printer not having ink) the slips were missing. Another three months of following ups and they were eventually delivered... the wrong product arrived... The messages then began back and forth and there were numerous excuses including loadshedding etc. I was then promised that my order would be delivered. That was March 2024.

Since then, Antoinette has blocked me from their Facebook page and doesn't respond to any messages sent via whatsapp and even IG.

My heart absolutely wholeheartedly supported Clayden and his autism but it seems their business plan is not as good. After doing some research I have realized I'm amongst a large group of people who have either been blocked because they have given a poor review or just never received their order.

It has now been a year since my original order and having interacted with Antoinette I doubt she will even be bothered to read these reviews and respond.
