I am very sad to be told by Ster-Kinekor that Ster-kinekor Blue Route Mall will allow a child in who is in a wheelchair, but will not allow the child's small service dog in. This is **************.
I am being told I owe over R400. I do not. I have the email confirming outstanding is R0. Yet I am being harrased with communication to make payment. The company does not seem to know what they are doing. After canceling a ups ( which was from frogfoot/vox) and getting confirmation, I kept getting contacted by somone from the company to log into my custimer portal to cancel. I dont have a customer portal... never did. When I tried to create one, it would not let me. Finally I get contaced back to say they see its been cancelled - staff are not great.
Brilliant service from start to finnish with my order. I felt I had to give credit where credit is due. I have seen some reveiws on here and felt I should post my positive experience as not all were. My product is of high quality and a fantastic item as its diffrent to the mass produced items in the chain stores. My interaction with the owner was precise and clear. The colours are so vibrant and I will definately order again and refer! What I do need to point out, is this is a small business run by Mom and Son, and their time does need to be respected. I was mortified to find out that my friend who purchased a duvet cover, was contacting the business out of business hours and on Sundays. My friend also did not understand that delivery time is working business days. If you have thought of ordering, do it. My friend is over the moon with her duvet cover aswell.
