Cleaners without a cleaning attitude

I requested a pre-occupation clean for a rental including carpet cleaning. Team arrived late without notification as specifically requested by to the team by email, whastapp and a phone call. I requested they let me know 30min prior to them leaving so I could come and check prior to them leaving. I arrived to find them gone, the floors mopped with a dirty mop, dirty sinks, the floors that were swept inside where just swept to the outside resulting in a pile of litter and dirt and the front door. Most disappointing is the management response. They did offer to return but I would have needed to go and meet them and supervise them in order to ensure they do the job right. They offer a pre and post-occupation cleaning service but refuse to just sweep the yard area which was specifically requested when booking. No apology for tardiness. They then tried to charge me for time they weren't even there. My conclusion is they don't offer a comprehensive service for a pre or post occupation clean as for this type of cleaning you want the overall flat to be cleaned - including the yard areas, and you expect all refuse from the clean to be removed. Wouldn't recommend.
