Client Review to Company Partners
Where do I start...? July 2019, I made up my mind, I want to start my own cleaning company. I start to google on how to start a cleaning services company and there I met Company Partners and their friendly consultants. They took me through the whole process and at that time I did not know anything about how to register a company or what to do and it is all thanks to CP. Well done CP and your friendly staff. I had my issues and wanted to understand the whole process. Thank you for your patience in the world with me, and the success thus far. Thank you to the reception guys who send messages out in difficult moments, promptly to your departments, to inform my consultant and everybody that's involved with my company, it's with great gratitude that I thank you all. Without you and your advice, I would have not maybe survived. And I am still with you for the past 13 months, which I really appreciate. I know it was sometimes not that easy for you with me being difficult, but I had to understand the whole process to become successful. lol but we've made it to the bottom, and I'm still looking forward to working with you in the near future. Good luck and keep up the good work. Thank you guys you ROCK!!!

Client Review to Company Partners

Further comment about Cleanest Cleaning Services.
Following my previous comment in January the company and myself have come to an amicable compromise. Cleanest Cleaning Services have offered to pay me in installments to replace the missing carpet which I appreciate.

False Comments
Mr. Dieter Helmrich has made untrue, slanderous comments about Cleanest Cleaning Services. This issue was not only addressed immediately and the process of understanding what occurred pursued an agreement was also then reached. Mr Dieter Helmrich has made use of our services as recent as May 2019, yet Mr Dieter Helmrich calls a 23 year old business a Scam! Trying to destroy our small business and it's credibility. Totally false & unacceptable.

Beware of SCAM - Cleanest Cleaning Services
Handed in Persian carpet for cleaning on 28 Nov 2018. Told to be patient. On 14 December 2018 Simone sms'ed us:" Yes, your rug is there & ready for collection. 273 Church Street, Johannesburg North" On 20 Dec we went to collect but were told that they could not find the carpet and we should come back after December holidays. In January we were then informed by Jason that the carpet was missing and his two ladies at reception stated that the same man who delivered the carpet (myself)fetched it on 30 of November 2018 which is a lie. Jason refuses to replace the carpet hiding behind a disclaimer and indemnity notice displayed at his premises. ( He obviously does not realize that one cannot contract out of negligence) WHAT A SCAM !!!! I will have no choice but to open a criminal case of theft against them.

Best Carpet Cleaners
<p>I am thrilled with this company . 3 smartly branded gentlemen arrived on time and smiling . They were friendly , professional and fast . My carpets look like brand new and smell so fresh . I'll never use another company . Well done for reminding me what great service looks like .</p>

Cleaners without a cleaning attitude
I requested a pre-occupation clean for a rental including carpet cleaning. Team arrived late without notification as specifically requested by to the team by email, whastapp and a phone call. I requested they let me know 30min prior to them leaving so I could come and check prior to them leaving. I arrived to find them gone, the floors mopped with a dirty mop, dirty sinks, the floors that were swept inside where just swept to the outside resulting in a pile of litter and dirt and the front door. Most disappointing is the management response. They did offer to return but I would have needed to go and meet them and supervise them in order to ensure they do the job right. They offer a pre and post-occupation cleaning service but refuse to just sweep the yard area which was specifically requested when booking. No apology for tardiness. They then tried to charge me for time they weren't even there. My conclusion is they don't offer a comprehensive service for a pre or post occupation clean as for this type of cleaning you want the overall flat to be cleaned - including the yard areas, and you expect all refuse from the clean to be removed. Wouldn't recommend.
