Horrible service

We decided to hire a cleaner for our carpets and couches. As soon as my mother tried to use the machine, it didn’t want to go on. She phoned the lady and told her that the machine is not working, where the lady responded in a defensive manner and asked my mother “what do you want me to do”, which resulted in my mom getting frustrated with the bad customer service and my mom told her that she should offer auto nee service that is her role after all, where the lady responded to my mom and told her to calm down and stop being frustrated with her.
