The freaking rudest place on planet earth… I was told not to click on the ad they created to advertise their business because it cost them money when I click on it unnecessary… never mind that I just asked if they might need the service we provide and I got a response like that. I am just doing my everyday job which I get paid for. If you have a attitude like that on whatsapp over a simple msg like that I really don’t want to know what it would be like in person…What would they say if I clicked on the ad just to have more information on the services that they provide and I decided against it? Would you still tell me not to click on your ad if I am unsure if I want your service or not? Potential client my ass… you are just a sad person looking for a reaction cause you probably bored with your job cause you have no clients… why be rude if you can just say no thank you… would you want your R10 back ? I’ll give it to you no problem. Do you know anything about business??? It’s a lose some win some situation for if you did not know but I do know that one click won’t make you lose your business. Thats why you suck ***** and would never reach your desired goal. And a Hello Peter is what you get when you really want to be the centre of attention. Have a lovely one Kind regards

Background • I have always communicated promptly when rescheduling or cancelling appointments, usually several days in advance. • I have never been a no-show. Incident on 4 July • The day before my appointment, I received a call I could not answer due to work. I responded via WhatsApp, which has been our normal communication method. • On the day, I called ahead to say I would be 5 minutes late. My calls to the branch were not answered. • I was later told I could still attend, but was not informed that the branch had moved. • I arrived at the old address on time, only then realising the location had changed. • My calls and messages to find the new location were ignored, despite being read. • When I eventually found the new branch, I was 15 minutes late. Staff did not engage constructively on arrival. Key Issues 1. Multiple system profiles were created for me, causing booking errors. 2. I was incorrectly recorded as a “no-show” despite communicating throughout. 3. Calls and messages were deliberately not answered because I had missed a previous call. 4. Location change was not communicated in advance. 5. No follow-up or accountability after the incident. Impact • Wasted time, fuel, and unnecessary stress. • Incorrect records now on my profile. Management Response • After I sent a formal email, the owner phoned me. • During the call, the owner raised their voice, accused me of being ******, stated I was in the wrong, and told me “we are not a fit.”

Absolutley love how informative Kele Mnduzulwana at the Cleanse Aesthetics Ferndale branch was with my first consult 11 June 2022, she also catered to my personalty and made me feel very comforatble. I would highly reccommend her and this branch.
