CLEAR CREDIT LEGAL NO COMMUNICATION TO THEIR CLIENTS

I joined this company to remove me from debt review. They deducted two debit order from my account but they don't answer calls or email me for my status feedback. What is worse i cannot cancel their debit order because i have authorised them to deduct even my bank need their authority to cancel the future deduction.
