CAR INSURANCE
I submitted a motor insurane claim in December. Everything was going well the claim was approved.My car was written off and old matual aggreed to settle the bank and all of the sudden they have to review the investigation .Remeber this is almost 2 months don't have a car but I am still paying for installment and insurance.I don't know how long will the investigating will never been so furstrated like this in my life mind you I need a car for work.

NATIS DOCUMENTS
Please note I have not receive my Natis documents from IEMAS since last year, in the past two months I was in communication with Mr Frans Nambo, He keeps on promising the document will be delivered in PE IEMAS office. Today I even call your Secunda offices they also they promise to call me back

CLEAR CREDIT LEGAL NO COMMUNICATION TO THEIR CLIENTS
I joined this company to remove me from debt review. They deducted two debit order from my account but they don't answer calls or email me for my status feedback. What is worse i cannot cancel their debit order because i have authorised them to deduct even my bank need their authority to cancel the future deduction.

Good Day Please note I have been waiting for the past 3 months for my money and I kept on being promised and nothing has materialised on that. For the past 3 weeks the agent has been saying my money will be deposited in my account and nothing as yet. Please note we are a group of 5 and one has already been paid his monies in the last 2 weeks already so what is difficult about me being paid my money. Alos for the fact we applied on the sametime with the same date and hours. We are not begging, this is my money I worked hard for.. It's really frustrating and annoying that I need to be transferred from this agent to that agent and some agents start to lie about the status of my withdrawal. Further on that my money has been sitting on Pending last year and there was no growth on it. Please also look into this as I have lost so much interest in my money. I am really fedup with Sanlma. I believe we are being scrutinized for nothing and I Just want peace and my money in my bank account. thanks
