Money Trap! Not this time!

I made a big mistake allowing them to try trap me today and hopefully the steps I have taken will prevent them from deducting any money from my bank account. When I received my contract I noticed that it was not what I expected. They give you the impression that they are going to help you resolve your financial situation, but they are going to cost you money and make your financial situation worse. All they do, my interpretation, is clear your name if under Debt Review, but only if all your Debt with Creditors is SETTLED. When I asked I was told attorneys would contact me and there would be fees, as well as monthly repayment to your creditors, basically similar to Debt Review or Voluntary Sequestration. With all the hidden costs you are worse off The fee for their services come at a hefty interest rate if paid over example 8 months. R 8,000.00 becomes R 10,000.00 excluding the legal fees of a R 125.00 per month over 8 months becomes R 1,000.00. As said, this cost doesn't get rid of any debt, only adds to your Financial Situation making it worsen.
