The HPCSA adds no value and only protects its members not the Patients that are harmed. They Delay Appeal Hearings so that you get frustrated and give up. Not me, I will see you and the Electrophysiologist Cardiologist in The High Court!

Have been trying to transfer the contract from my wife's name to the business account. The debit order goes off the business account. This has been for a number of months. The business is registered in my wife's name and she is 100% owner. She has taken in all the relevant documents twice to Telkom at the Springs Mall and emailed them to customer service. What is required? She is trying to get a data SIM and they say FNB won't allow a Debicheck but I don't agree.

It is clear that the HPCSA only protects the Health Practitioner's and not the Patients. They close cases without written feedback and don't respond to emails. They allocate you a reference number, just to make it look as if they are interested in your complaint. They know that you only have three years to take the Health Practitioner's to court but delay everything so that you run out of time.
I requested a refund, because I didn't receive all the items, even though I paid for it. Refund 4004250955 The ASAP Manager at the Springs Mall, didn't seem to believe me. My wife has app**** for a personal loan and it was apparently approved. She even got a Debicheck Mandate which she approved. Now she keeps getting calls asking her to log in to finish the application and when she phoned in, she gets told it was declined and she must reapply.

With all the hidden costs you are worse off The fee for their services come at a hefty interest rate if paid over example 8 months. R 8,000.00 becomes R 10,000.00 excluding the legal fees of a R 125.00 per month over 8 months becomes R 1,000.00. As said, this cost doesn't get rid of any debt, only adds to your Financial Situation making it worsen.
