Not happy
That response guy don't have any manner at all I work on high road and we don't use their service at all but they drive like hooligans almost hurt one of my workers to stop and **** against our wall C05

CMS - Securing Exploitation
I had a CMS account for over 4 years Paid R650 loyally every month no issues The service was never a problem But Covid hit and I lost my job At first I tried pay CMS above anything else because of the value I place of keeping my family safe But the first time I could not make payment it was not even 3 days late, before a cheeky clerk phoned me and gave me lip I explained that I lost my job and even asked her to cancel the account or pause the service She did not care for much and just kept trying to get blood from a stone I was so ticked off I decided to ignore them 2 months later me and my family got evicted where we were renting anyways No more need for CMS They have had fly by night attorneys email and threaten me of “means in which they will find out where I live” and all sorts of militaristic tactics Pathetic It’s now 3 years later the bill is almost R6000 CMS I asked to cancel the service, over the phone 1. The account you hold me accountable for is R1950 2. IF you wanted to hold me for anything, you should hold me for R650 I owed before cancelling 3. IF you hold me for R650 BEWARE IN DUPLUM. 4. Adding R4000 legals fees on a R1900 account as your risk not mine 5. Above everything - IF you KNEW ANYTHING about client service you would have scratched the R650, and you would have had a GOOD review from me I am not paying this garbage amount you and your legal representatives keep threatening me for. Your financial/ legal exploitation tactics is all but service, and pathetic

CMS ARE BULLIES AND AGAINST LGBTQ COMMUNITIES
Probably the worst security company I have ever encountered. It appears that after several confidential meetings with fellow neighbours and the members from Christian Family Church who is supposedly under their control a particular security guard with a ***** moustache in his mid 50's has made it his niche in life to harass family members of mine along with a community of pathetic *****s who follow suit. He drove a CMS marked single cab bakkie with the number plate KN00MTGP whereby he would either drive really slowly while my child was walking his dog for no apparent reason while filming the entire interaction on his phone or dashboard camera. Once reported to the police he now suddenly drives another vehicle with CMS markings on the car registration HZ78BWGP. However, he is so fixated on a particular family member of mine that he remains oblivious to the drug deals unfolding in front of his eyes. At first I thought my son was paranoid but after seeing footage and listening to neighbours confirm that my son is seen as a threat and based on his ***ual preference he has been verbally abused and told that he is unwelcome in the Rynfield Benoni area. He has also been accused of dealing drugs and *****ing small dogs which none of that is true. In fact he currently completing his MA VIA dissertation in psychology and concurrently also doing his honours in communication science. Fanie the ops manager seems to be nonchalant about the behaviour of the security guard and thinks it's a joke. We were also able to gain credible information from another security company that CMS has the resources to also show total disregard for privacy by accessing information on your phone and laptops using drones and software similar to that of Pegasus. Now, my family lives in fear and anxiety and my son has now also been diagnosed with PTSD because of these secret societies working alongside CMS one being John aka Jacques Klassen who heads up the forensic team for the SAPS to join in on the twisted and sinister efforts to destroy what's left of my sons fragile social interaction predicament.

Pathetic
I'm very disappointed, control room did not relay messages properly to guard that was attending to alarm that was triggered due to load shedding. The guard entered our premises without our permission and shot my one dog bullet went straight through one dog into the the other dogs leg. They are not properly trained, what if a kid was behind the dog... Till today no apology letter and no assistance with Vet bills. Yet it is there stupidity. Both dog are recovering and is fine. But if you have dogs don't use this company.
