Bad performance

A very bad experience and does not deserve one star!!! Called out and replaced two bulbs outside my house for R500 ( paid in cash)!! Only one bulb worked.. found out at night when security lights were supposed to light up. I have called, sent messages... No reaction. It is now 10 days and I feel totally insecure at night.
