No updates and no contact

I have had a sim card contract, a mr price account and a wonga loan, ans paid all on time, no missed payments, and have not once received a credit score update in the past 2 years.

I have tried to dispute and contact and have received no updates. This is affecting my plans and goals and makes things difficult for me.
