Lousy and bad service from Cochrane Steel Products

I have been trying to obtain one single panel of clearview BCR- Thru-530 fencing to replace a damaged one, I have experienced very bad service from Cochrane steel as they do not even answer my emails, phone them at enquires and you are told to leave a message which is not returned, It appears that Cochrane Steel are not prepared to assist in small or replacement panels to small purchase customers
