The worst service!!!

The worst service. Long queues and no help. I still dont have a bank card because I can take time off work to again wait in their long queues and still not get assisted. Ive asked for my card to be sent to a different branch for me to collect. They have not. Today I simply needed a stamp for the school form. I was shown a long queue to join. The consultants there do not want to work, the few Ive spoken to have an attitude
