Poor service
I paid an amount to a company which I now suspect to be *****ulent. They won't assist me with a refund, they mentioned a ridiculous tat of 90 days for me to get my refund. Other banks do this within 7 days.

Terrible service
Kwena square. Flirty waitress Paige gave us no privacy. She was at the table brushing against my husband every 2 minutes. Very uncomfortable

Ruimsig! Terrible experience
I loved going to the Planet fitness ROODEPOORT. I could go with both my kids at a good price. But every time when I need to access the gym they'd give us problems humiliating us infront of people. The premiums were paid but they'd claim I did pay. Our tags weren't working. Or some story to keep us from entering the gym. We could only access with other receptions and their manager had an issue. So we then stopped paying and stopped going there completely, may as well if they are claiming i wasnt. I had a terrible experience all together

Unauthorized transaction
In April I queried an investment account. Today unbeknownst to me someone decided to schedule a transfer from my premier into the investment account that I queried and didn't make any transfers in April without my permission. This is my account. My money. For FNB to do as they please is appalling

Terrible service
Terrible service. My son was offered powder, they didn't say it would be extra. Ended up paying R250 instead of R180 for side taper excluding top as he has dreads. Receptionist is also very unfriendly.

Terrible online service
I bought my groceries online. They did bother to inform when it was ready for collection. One item was missing, I had to ask for them to tell Ms they were out of stock. They offered to refund, I told them Im in a process of closing the account I had used to pay and offered them a new alternative. And they haven't refunded.

Never again!
I still have the packet, kindly refund!
