Last year May 2024 when I left SA I went to this branch for NZ currency. The "ordered" cash for me but after the due date, they never called me to collect or told me in time that they did not get it. I went to Nedbank Northgate where I received the currency as a walk-in client. This year July 2025, I went to Nedbank Clearwater again and asked for NZ currency. I was early enough for them to assist me but did not help me. The teller literally threw my passport back at me because the wanted to cash up and leave. The other teller said she will find out from other branches and then call me to let me know which branches have got the currency. Again no call back untill I had to go personally to order funds and wait for the arrival of it. Still I feel the charges was also a lot
