In December 2013 I got a pool installed by Clearwater Pools, the project manager was Matt Herbst and the Owner Gary Fourie.<br> On the 30th December 2013 a snag list was sent to both Gary Fourie and Matt Herbst.<br> Constant follow ups via e-mails was done during the months of January and February 2014, until a site visit was done on the 7th February 2014 by Clearwater Pools. During this site visit it was agreed that the necessary repairs be done in the winter months of 2014, as well as certain items that had not been installed be installed.<br> July 2014 I receive a call from a Gerhard at Penguin Pools to say they have taken over Clear Water pools and would be dealing with the matter in hand.<br> Received a claim form on the 14th July 2014 to complete and was duly done. JP du Plessis then said we should wait until end September to repair. In October a mail was sent to JP to find out what was happening. June 2015 my pool was drained and to date I am still without a pool and a pool that is standing open and not being able to use. Between Gary Fourie and JP du Plessis I am no further than I was , just now I have a non functioning pool
