Don't buy online from info@clicknow.co.za, their products are inferior quality, their customer service is non existent and their phone numbers don't exist, so there is no call centre.

I purchased a locker cabinet online , which arrived without keys. I emailed their email address and contacted their whatsapp number. They promised to send me a replacement set of keys, which they never did.

On taking the cabinet out of the box , I noticed the steel was inferior quality (very thin and bends very easily), which makes it unfit for the purpose for which I bought it.

I again reached out to them on both channels and they requested me to send photos for them to ensure that the product is in saleable condition, which I did. They then emailed me back to say they would collect the item and give me a credit. A few days later, they emailed me to say that the compliance department had reviewed the email and that I had not notified them on time of the defaults and that the person dealing with my order had left the company. I then rep**** back to say I had been corresponding with them on the issues ever since the delivery and proceeded to forward all my past correspondence.

To date they have not come back to me on the matter and I am now sitting with an item I cannot use.

I have requested the details of their compliance department and a contact so I can discuss the matter, no response.
