Warehouse Scale

Please don't ever purchase from these people. Their customer service is pathetic. They sell you faulty units, and when you do return them, they have no backup plan or will exchange the unit. I have had two encounters with the same unit already, and now it's the third time it's not working. They refuse to exchange. The manager refused to speak to me to resolve this issue. They didn't even offer a loan unit so that I could carry on with my business. Now we need to pause production and run at a loss.
