The slogan is complete opposite. I had a document for another government institution (tender) didn't go in on time cause of their driver *********** actions. it has cost the company a lot of money for the next 3 years. The tell me 24 hours later on that my document was not submitted and I am here thinking everything went well.

this is the 3rd tender document other one was to be submitted at the appoint. precisely where they receive the documents however it still didn't go in how I don't get.
