I booked a same day collection in January 2026. Two days later, the parcel was still not collected. There is no effective customer support: emails receive only automated replies, and live chat is unresponsive or takes hours. I never received the service and have still not been refunded. I had to use another courier.

I booked parcels for collection on 15/12/2025. The parcels were only collected on 23/12/2025 after numerous texts and follows up. This was even after I instructed them to cancel the collection. The parcels were delivered on the 24th but they were not my parcels. They mixed up the deliveries. I informed them the same day but the issue is still not resolved. I have no idea where my parcels are and I am stuck with someone's parcels. Their contact centre keeps ignoring my messages. This is the worst service ever. What's so difficult with tracing my parcels? The parcels I have were collected at the same place with my parcels.

I booked and paid for a parcel collection with Aramex on 19 December 2025, for delivery from Johannesburg to Rustenburg. The collection was meant to take place the same day. To date, no collection has occurred. I have made numerous calls and sent multiple emails over an extended period. Each time, I was assured that the collection would be arranged, but nothing ever happened. During my follow-ups, I dealt with: • Simone Williams, Customer Service Executive – Frontline • Ishara Sepersad, Customer Service Executive – Click-Way Unfortunately, despite their involvement and repeated promises, the issue remains unresolved. Only after significant follow-ups was I informed that the shipment falls under a different division, Click-Way, which was never clearly communicated at the time of booking. Payment was made directly to Aramex, yet responsibility continues to be shifted without resolution. This experience reflects poor communication, lack of accountability, and non-performance of a paid service. I am now left having paid for a service that was never rendered. I am requesting either immediate collection or a full refund, and will escalate the matter further if this is not resolved promptly.

My company used the service over a month and a half ago. I have requested an invoice and a month and a half later, I have still not received. I attempted to call the customer care line and the consultant iw rude, and not willing to assist!! Is this how you do business?? I would not recommend this service if this is how you operate!!

Public Complaint: Click-Way Couriers / Aramex — Invoice No: 240124477905I paid for a same-day international collection on 30 October 2025 at 02:34 a.m. via Click-Way’s website. The system confirmed pickup between 12:00 and 17:00, but no one arrived. I stayed home the entire day.After contacting Aramex Milnerton at 9:30 a.m. on 31 October 2025, Click-Way Support emailed me promising collection before the close of business — yet again, no driver arrived. Two consecutive failed collections, no communication, no phone number, and no escalation channel available anywhere on their website. My eBay return is now delayed, and my refund is at risk due to Click-Way and Aramex’s complete failure to deliver a paid service. This is unacceptable. I demand immediate collection, full accountability, and compensation for the delay.This service breach falls under the Consumer Protection Act, and I will escalate the matter to the NCC if not resolved today.YOU GUYS HAVE GOT TO BE THE WORST COURIERS IN THE HISTORY OF COURIERS! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES FOR HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS!

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with this courier service. The customer service is shockingly poor, long wait times on calls with no meaningful assistance, repeated promises to call back that were never fulfilled, and an overall lack of accountability. I paid for a return shipment to the USA, only to be left in the dark for an entire month without any update. Eventually, I get told that my parcel had been disposed of and deemed undeliverable. As a result, I lost the product, the money spent on it, and the courier fee with no resolution or support offered. It’s disheartening how difficult it has become to receive even the most basic standard of customer care.

You click , we delivery is a lie. The slogan is complete opposite. I had a document for another government institution (tender) didn't go in on time cause of their driver *********** actions. it has cost the company a lot of money for the next 3 years. The tell me 24 hours later on that my document was not submitted and I am here thinking everything went well. this is the 3rd tender document other one was to be submitted at the appoint. precisely where they receive the documents however it still didn't go in how I don't get. disappointment all around. USELESS company. Stick to the old and trusted guys

Horrible or none existant service. No one should use this courier service. You pay, they never collect, keep promising they are coming, give excuses that they don't take these parcels. It's a nightmare in their WhatsApp chat. They don't reply their emails. I paid R270 and are battling now to get my refund. Damn Click-ways couriers.

Horrible or none existant service. No one should use this courier service. You pay, they never collect, keep promising they are coming, give excuses that they don't take these parcels. It's a nightmare in their WhatsApp chat. They don't reply their emails. I paid R270 and are battling now to get my refund. Damn Click-ways couriers.
