I booked and paid for a parcel collection with Aramex on 19 December 2025, for delivery from Johannesburg to Rustenburg. The collection was meant to take place the same day. To date, no collection has occurred. I have made numerous calls and sent multiple emails over an extended period. Each time, I was assured that the collection would be arranged, but nothing ever happened. During my follow-ups, I dealt with: • Simone Williams, Customer Service Executive – Frontline • Ishara Sepersad, Customer Service Executive – Click-Way Unfortunately, despite their involvement and repeated promises, the issue remains unresolved. Only after significant follow-ups was I informed that the shipment falls under a different division, Click-Way, which was never clearly communicated at the time of booking. Payment was made directly to Aramex, yet responsibility continues to be shifted without resolution. This experience reflects poor communication, lack of accountability, and non-performance of a paid service. I am now left having paid for a service that was never rendered. I am requesting either immediate collection or a full refund, and will escalate the matter further if this is not resolved promptly.

A SpeedAF driver Called to tell me he doesnt have petrol to deliver my parcel!!!! How pathetic!
My Goodness This is the worst decision i have made my whole life! From incorrect credit bureau information to crazy letters of demands! I am sick if this company. If anything stay away from these bunch of ****mers who hire illiterates who can even send a decent email! I am taking this on with the NCR!!!

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR FEEDBACK REGARDING MY WATERFALL HOSPITAL ACCOUNT SINCE FOREVER I AM WAITING ON CAMRON AND IVAN WITH EMPTY PROMISES WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS ?????? If there was a zero rating I would definitely put it down Amelia Decosta unfairly/*******ly went on TPN and put incorrect information about my rent payment which has negatively affected my TPN record She refuses to update information on TPN! When i had financial difficulties in October 2022 Turn right and Masterfin where quick to run to TPN to record that i dont pay rent ( rent was paid within 7 days and communications where sent ) But when everything has been settled and there no need to drag me They dont care to go and record my compliance It is very sad and disturbing I am not against the fact that my late payments where recorded Well done! I have no issues with that But do you care to go back and say that the “non payer” has now paid rent for the rest of the lease as well as the term of renewal. I have made several attempts to get this sorted out because i was not even aware of what is happening on TPN I have paid my rent on time since January without fail until November when my lease expired but that information is nowhere to be found!!!! you to leave blanks on the system even when i have made payments -I have proof that my rent was paid on time in November but you went and recorded it as rent paid late! In January a payment was made for December and January But you went and said i never paid tent in January! You are very cruel!!!!!
Cartrack and their friends Nimble are by far the most unprofessional people i have ever come across. I got a statement from Cartrack in June this year stating im owing R2 795, later the same month I received an email from nimble saying im owing them R5 538 I received a call from cartrack to make an arrangement which i did, i told them i am unemployed and was advised to atleast make minimum payments towards my account. Which i did from July. I have been making several calls and writing emails to cartack and friends for the huge difference on their statements so i can settle my areas Instead im always being transferred from pillar to post by both nimble and cartrack When i call cartrack they tell me they are not aware of the 5k that is reflecting on the nimble statements On the other hand Nimble insists thats the amount im owing Can someone please explain to me why there is such a huge difference! I want to pay cartrack but i refuse to move from 2000 to 5000 in one month That does not make any sense
