HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NO REFUND
I booked a same day collection in January 2026. Two days later, the parcel was still not collected. There is no effective customer support: emails receive only automated replies, and live chat is unresponsive or takes hours. I never received the service and have still not been refunded. I had to use another courier.

Awesome service
Vernon and team was absolutely awesome. They are friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend them! Thank you for making the move from the West Rand to the Eastern Cape less stressful than it could’ve been!

VODACOM DELIVERY - NO FOLLOW UP ON DETAIL GIVEN
Upgraded through Vodacom. Although Vodacom gave incorrect delivery and contact information, I immediately sent the correct information and received a query number #441939. I was booked off sick and when I followed up on Monday, was told that one of the parcels were returned due to the fact that Ram could not get hold of me, but the other parcel will be delivered on Tuesday. Vodacom advised they have not yet received the returned parcel and RAM consultant cannot advise why detail was not updated with received query #441939 and why one parcel was sent back but one could be delivered (received same day from Vodacom for delivery). It seems the returned parcel is missing in action as well

POOR SERVICE WITH UPGRADE AND RAM COURIERS
I upgraded two of my contracts. Received an email from RAM that they cannot contact me as my contact number and address given by Vodacom was incorrect. One of the parcels found it's way to me when I confirmed my details (the invoice given by Vodacom had completely incorrect details, not even a previous address or phone number). RAM advised one parcel was returned to Vodacom due to incorrect details. I phoned Vodacom and was asked how I received one parcel and one was returned (really? I'm the courier now?), and that I must phone again on Friday because they have not yet received the parcel back, they cannot do anything for me. It was a Vodacom consultant's mistake, why can this not be corrected and why was incorrect details given in the first place??
