the app goes down again and now its on me to go to a branch? i dont have the time for this!! the app sends a message stating they are aware of the error and are working on it. a week later and still the same issue. cannot access the app!! what kind of service is this
ARAMEX NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR DISGRACEFUL SERVICE FROM ITS SUBSIDIARY - CLICKWAY. CANT EVEN GET AN INVOICE, IMAGINE LEVEL OF SERVICE TO BE EXPECTED.
My company used the service over a month and a half ago. I have requested an invoice and a month and a half later, I have still not received. I attempted to call the customer care line and the consultant iw rude, and not willing to assist!! Is this how you do business?? I would not recommend this service if this is how you operate!!

Very poor on communication. I initiated a cancellation on vehicle insurance. Was told the insurance was cancelled. A week later and still no confirmation mail. App says policy is still active. I was doubtful about cancelling but I do not regret cancelling if this is the type of service you'll receive!! Email me on surajdeeplal1234@gmail.com. Ive has the worst time trying to sort out my SARS with old mutual and clearly, IM NOT THE ONLY ONE! Why are businesses taking our provident fund with old mutual if they aren't able go get their admin processes right. I received an error where SARS started that the lump sum was not submitted to SARS. Sars states that Old Mutual got the documents numbers incorrect and that the correct amounts were not submitted. Even after contact old mutual, they have not rectified. OLD MUTUAL needs to amend the documents to the correct directives as Submitted by SARS to them and then Submit the CORRECT data to them ASAP!
As per my last review, i was advised vodacom will contact me to resolve. Till date, no response! my credit report still has another duplicated inquiry. I wish to be contacted asap by vodacom to resolve your additional inquiry into my credit profile made 5th august needs to be removed!!! this is another blemish on my credit profile which i have worked really hard to rebuild!!! please email me urgently!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my mail address: surajdeeplal1234@gmail.com again, the hard inquiry made 5th august on experian and transunion need to be removed!!!!!!! please contact the bureau and advise them. i cannot log another dispute. it is too time consuming
recently vodacom duplicated enquiries on my name. I've had to wait close to a month fighting with Experian for them to remove this and IM STILL FIGHTING WITH EXPERIAN!! its been hell. I check my report on 6 august only to find that Vodacome created another enquiry on my name... another enquiry!! after all that ive gone through to get the previous issues resolved, i find another enquiry on my name!!!!! can somebody advise me on how to escalate!!! NCR or ICASA?? or maybe both?? I sent a mail, i sent a follow up.. nothing. my email address is surajdeeplal1234@gmail.com. do not call, mail me!! i want everything on record in black and white!!!!!
One of the worst experiences ever!!!! I logged disputes with Experian. trying to follow up with agents via the chat on whatsapp is the most unpleasant and frustrating experience ever. Agents seem lost and do not understand questions asked. Info given is conflicting what is discussed by previous agents. When agents cannot assist or feel "caught out" by mistakes they have made, they either stop responding or end the chat!!! I have logged disputed last year and never had this problem with Experian before. Infact, logging a dispute was seamless and was resolved quickly and smoothly.. so why the drastic plummet in customer service levels!!!! The whatsapp bot says a dispute flag will be removed in 24-48 hours. the agent states that it will be resolved in 3-5 business days. Do customers have to pay the price of cheap labor?
To investigate duplicate and unauthorized enquiries on my name, vodacom created another unauthorized enquiry to resolve the issue they created. Now I have to wait for vodacom to receive, investigate, report to credit bureau and for credit bureau to remove...AGAIN... This can't be happening again. Please help
