Poor customer service and bad attitude. Lack of responsibility, accountability and honesty or integrity.
Ordered through Uber eat from Swaadist Resevoir Hills. 2 meals ordered for 3 people. One meal a bean roti roll was poorly packed and when recieved was at the bottom of the packet in a mess. I called asked for refund to my wallet they state I must come pick up yet I'm using Uber Eats. Secondly they then offer to re deliver the meal with their driver. Never arrived. They took my money for the purchase but never provided a meal.

Terrible customer service
So today we decided to place an order at the Swaadisht foods branch in Chatsworth, tried calling the number with no answer for over an hour, when we go online there's a whatsapp line available so we add those numbers and send a message on their profile picture there's a current special of a price drop, anyway we finally get them on the line only 2 be told that this special doesn't exist... mind u this was a really big order as we are a family of 20+ still the manager comes on the line and insists on the special not being in their store clearly management and staff don't know what's going on here on their own platforms. Please stop fooling your customers if you cannot deliver on your own specials.

Terrible customer service

Best Food and value for money
Randburg Branch tops. I would recommend you guys to anyone who loves to get a taste on Indian food. Your bunny tops, delicious, juice, spicy and it hits the right spots. Well done for supplying and standing up to your name. Starting from packaging to delivery, I have regretted anything up to date. Value for money.... I cant wait for my next Bunny Chow order tomorrow.... You guys are the best.

Best Food and value for money
Randburg Branch tops. I would recommend you guys to anyone who loves to get a taste on Indian food. Your bunny tops, delicious, juice, spicy and it hits the right spots. Well done for supplying and standing up to your name. Starting from packaging to delivery, I have regretted anything up to date. Value for money.... I cant wait for my next Bunny Chow order tomorrow.... You guys are the best.

Worst place to eat
<p>This was a pertetic experience I ordered a prawns dish the guy who served me could hardly talk proper English he even had a slight attitude...I then came back to pick up my order only to find that he prepared something else after telling him this is not what I asked for...I then when on asking for the manager after speaking with him he did not understand me as a The customer and only wanted to state he's argument...I then asked for a refund which he refused I was so disappointed as I was looking forward to my meal I left what was given to me back during the dispute....I would never order there again and I urge anyone not to eat at this over priced bad service establishment

false advertising
Bought groupon for choice of two mains and starters...picture advertised had rice as a side dish presented.Asked manager on duty said you have to buy rice or rotis...curry was inexcusably stsle abd floating in oil...manager contacted owner who informed us he is running at a loss after advertising with groupon..therefore cant offer rice sith meal...false advertising indeed..beware of groupon deals
