Appalling and Negligent service

I was dissatisfaction on the appalling and negligent service I received at Clicks Pharmacy in Lephalale.

On October 5, 2024, I dropped off a prescription for TRUSOPT and COMBIGAN, confirmed with staff(Molebe Thulare) that the medication would be available for collection on October 30. When I returned to collect it, it was not there and there was no record of the order. The staff on duty on this day(GiftMamabolo) had a nonchalant attitude and failed to show any kind of accountability for the negligence and lack of action on behalf of his colleague. He did not even bother to give an apology. He showed no sympathy or empathy towards the severity of the situation and the fact that I would not have my Glaucoma medication for two days. The staff member initially responsible to order my medication (Molebe Thulare) later revealed that they do not order COMBIGAN without advance payment and failed to notify me of this requirement. I was quite appalled and frustrated with how this process turned out. It caused me significant anxiety resulting in physical discomfort from the lack of medication.

I was also shocked of the advance payment required as I had not experienced it before at any other clicks pharmacy. Why is the ordering process in this particular clicks different from all others?

It is very disappointing that this is what the clicks brand stands for.
