Clinic card and immunisation

I lost my child clinic card around February this year I wet to the clinic to asist me and help my child to get immunisations as it was his time for 2 years they told me to go back to Edenvale I wet the they help me with card and write everything and told me to go back to river park in Alexandra for them to check my child file and help me.since march I didn’t get help from the clinic they told me story after story and my child must get 2 yrs ejection. I even ask them to help me for the sake of the child health no help since February
