Clinic card and immunisation
I lost my child clinic card around February this year I wet to the clinic to asist me and help my child to get immunisations as it was his time for 2 years they told me to go back to Edenvale I wet the they help me with card and write everything and told me to go back to river park in Alexandra for them to check my child file and help me.since march I didn’t get help from the clinic they told me story after story and my child must get 2 yrs ejection. I even ask them to help me for the sake of the child health no help since February

I want my money as they promised
I reported my ****** phone last year.no one explain about due date of access money until I cal them cos I was stil waiting for respond they told me tht my date was due last months meaning they can’t give me phone I say ok but u took my money for insurance they promised to pay my money back since last stil waiting for my money and every months they deduct money for insurance. When I cal them they say I must go to the shop shop say I must call so I dot understand what to do now.phone number
