Pres Les wants me to pay instalment for Oder that was not yet delivered.
I order something from Pres Les in July 2025. Received a communication on the 24 December that the order will be delivered. Unfortunately I was out of the province for Christmas holidays. After no communication for over 5 months I didn’t know they will still deliver my order on Christmas Eve. The order was delivered in 17 January 2026. I called Pres Les to check the status of my account and to arrange debit order, that’s when I was informed my Acc is in arrears . Pres Les expected me to start paying for the order that was not received. They want me to double the instalment and they threatened to black list me while is not even a month after receiving the order. The customer service employee who assisted me with the my enquiry when I called the customer care was very rude. I am the one who called customer service, I was sent from pillar to post until to someone who spoke very rude to me. I love their products but this is the last time I will be buying from them.

Poor service from presles
I have ordered bedding at August, waited for 3 months still has not delivered. Then I asked for my refund, till today I have not received it when I call them they always say my details are waiting for bank verification. M so sick and tired of this nonsensical company. I will never buy from them again and I don’t recommend anyone to buy from them. Poor service.

Poor service from presles

POOR SERVICE
I am writing this review with much disappointment and dissatisfaction with PRES LES and NRB Risk Solutions, i have 2 accounts with Pres Les my account was handed over to NRB Risk Solution due to non-payments(I was not working). March 2025 i got a job than April I approved two instalments amounts for my behind accounts. I have never received any statement either form collection company or Pres Les, this month i received a report from Experian that I've never paid Pres Les for the past 6 months and my credit score has further dropped. I called Pres Les today, they said i must speak to NRB because my account has been handed over, at NRB I called 4 times already, they keep on saying they will forward all the details now via email. i only need statement, settlement amount and banking details, who can assist me on this? well understanding maybe everything would be smoother if my account was not handed over. Sending regular statements is a legal requirement to ensure clients are informed about their products.

Prescription letter
I don't understand why pres les is refusing to give me a prescription letter ...even when the account it's under debtreview of which I was taken there without me knowing that am under debt review still account was never paid for 3+ years.

Worst quality
So I bought a bedroom linen set for close to 4k on credit and total amount with interest was 6k had not problem with this is I was too excited to finally own what I thought to be a dream set…however my excited was short lived did’t last very long as in less than 6 months linen started showing signs of serious wear even my husband noticed and he was very upset that we still had to pay do much for what we now realised was bad quality bed linen, I feel ****med by pres les, I didnt bother fighting it with them as I knew it would be pointless, I take it a lesson learned, will never buy anything from them ever.
