I have ordered bedding at August, waited for 3 months still has not delivered. Then I asked for my refund, till today I have not received it when I call them they always say my details are waiting for bank verification. M so sick and tired of this nonsensical company. I will never buy from them again and I don’t recommend anyone to buy from them. Poor service.
I am very disappointed with this company, I took investment with them January this year. Before 30 days I have cancelled it and requested my refund since they have already deducted for my payslip. They promised to refund it before end of February but they did not. I tried to enquire, calling their call centre now and then still no one is able to help me, they always said they will do a follow up. Come March they also deducted even after my cancellation and still no one is able to help me, I have tried all they platforms but still m not helped. This is a ******* company who does not take customers seriously. Their customer service is very poor.
Hi I'm Nondu , on Friday 20 October 2018 I bought a car at inspecar pmb ,I traded in the one I had .I never test drives the car so I took it for the first time on Friday.when I was on my way home I was not satisfied with the car ,I noticed lot of things that I do not like about it,some of those were the car is very heavy on fuel consumption ,while I was told it's 2 litres but it's light.when I drove it I was not like that, when I reached home my garage is small since I had a small car,then our area is a high crime zone you cannot leave the car outside , and most of all I was no longer satisfied with the car when I was driving it.i woke up on Saturday today(29 October 2018)I contacted my dealer and told them that I'm no longer satisfied with the car due to reasons mentioned above.I told them I would love to change a car ,take other car with the same value or more they refused.They said they can't help me.Now I'm stuck with the car that I not satisfied with .When I was buying they never told me that I cannot change choice if I'm not satisfied.Now I feel like my rights as customer are being denied.Do I have to pay for what I'm not satisfied ? I feel like it's not fair to me I need help.i can't pay for what I dont like anymore.
