NEVER BUY ON CREDIT AT PRESLES

I have always been a cahs customer at Presles supporting my neighbor but this time I bought on credit since I was buying 3 sets of bedding. In the month of February the debit order did not go through and I made a cash payment before the month ended and to my surprise I was in arrears and my account reflected as in arrears in my credit profile and I queried this they said it bank charges for R3 I did not pay that they forgot to mention I must pay. So my installment is paid in full but im owing R3 bank fees and put in arrears for that. I did not pay that in February but when I paid in March I included it. To my surprise as I go through my credit report Presles did not update my credit profile and now I am seemingly owing them for a month I have paid for. The were quick to update an arrear of R3 but very slow to update a payment of R1800. As it is I have dropped 29 points because of this. I am just warning others who want to use their business. I have been a supporter of Presles but never again. I will never buy from them again. The endless calls I have been getting for R3 but when they send the sms they say I owe R1695 knowing exactly that I have paid.
