I am writing this review with much disappointment and dissatisfaction with PRES LES and NRB Risk Solutions, i have 2 accounts with Pres Les my account was handed over to NRB Risk Solution due to non-payments(I was not working). March 2025 i got a job than April I approved two instalments amounts for my behind accounts. I have never received any statement either form collection company or Pres Les, this month i received a report from Experian that I've never paid Pres Les for the past 6 months and my credit score has further dropped. I called Pres Les today, they said i must speak to NRB because my account has been handed over, at NRB I called 4 times already, they keep on saying they will forward all the details now via email. i only need statement, settlement amount and banking details, who can assist me on this? well understanding maybe everything would be smoother if my account was not handed over. Sending regular statements is a legal requirement to ensure clients are informed about their products.

Please help i bought a phone at Cash crusaders brackenfell, Huawei P20lite on April, now my phone is blacklisted, i went vodacom thinking it settings problem, they said my phone is blacklisted, do we swap the phone? Do we activate the phone? Do we refund the customer?
