Bought pot set at Le morgan for R13000 Sept 2023. Im paying R450 permonth. The pots burn the food, the knob of one of the leads has been broken. Received a gift which is a kettle with these pots. The paint of the kettle ppeling in 5months and the kettle itself is nolonger working now. I phoned their headoffice and agent told me that unfortunately they can not help me because the pots i bought are stainless steel, not none stick. Why would i buy pots for R13000 if they are not none stick. The sales person did not mention that they are not none stick to me. As for the kettle because it is a gift, i was told that i need to have R1000 to exchange it because it was a gift. The headoffice agent was very rude and im still paying for my R13000 pots which stick and burn the food

i am extremely dissapointed in the set i bought from le morgan, i do not even have the set for 2 years but the handles are burning, the lid handles just falls off, my kettle is broken. i am really upset about this, i am still paying for my pots and the quality is so poor and cheap

I bought set of pots from LeMorgan. The smallest pot lids within 3 weeks of using it the knob get disconnected from the lids. I reported because I understand that they replace their goods. Unfortunately nothing positive happened so far. I'm unable to use the pot because that lid doesn't have a holder.

I bought their products worth R40000.00 with a total installment of R1500 monthly deducting on the 15th monthly and during 2021 November their debit order did not go through as planed and I paid the full amount within the month of November 2021. The only thing I omitted was the reference number. They then listed me as a slow payer without informing me. When I seek for credit somewhere I was alerted of this gross nigligence. I imidiately called and sent the prove of payment and still now my credit record reflects bad because of them. I pay them every month bt they have the nerve to treat me this way. I called them several times to rectify and always I'm answered by clueless consultants who acknowledge the receipt of the prove of payment bt don't know how to remove the errors.

I've heard a call from a guy by the name of Kagiso his direct number : 011 025 6864, He acted to be from accounts department. They all started by lying and saying one was chosen for discounts and so forth, the minute you tell them you are not interested they start being rude. Kagiso was one of those couldn't sell me one of his good to be true deals and He became upset and started being rude. Lemorgan should take their employees to few telephone ethic training
