Bad delivery company
I am expecting a delivery since 02/12/2024 today it's the 11th l changed my number and gave them a new number they keep on calling the number that is going through to voicemail l gave the instructions nothing has been done l want my delivery today not in January or February

Frustrated customer
I signed with Matrix on the 14th of June I am getting paid on the 20th gave them everything even gave them my friends contact number she also signed with them I took a cover for tracking my carthere was also a add on of my cellphone for incase my screen is broken signed for it aswell they debited R360 something saying it's pro rata for June and July again August they debited mever missed any payment I phoned them on the 28th of August for booking my broken cellphone one of the booking urgets called and asked for my details gave him he came back saying my account is in arrears I must call Matrix I phoned checked if my account is in arrears they confirmed with an email saying the account is not in arrears phoned the booking urgent now he says he won't take anything coming from me Matrix must call them called them again sent emails after emails not getting any help sent my last email saying I want to cancel because it shows l won't get any help imagine if I wanted to put a claim for my car then I get this I am so disappointed

Phillips Avent bottles no go zone
I bought baby bottles Philips Avent at clicks Northmead a week before I gave birth on the 14th of August 2021 didn't think I'll be disappointed with the bottle before I used Tommee Tippee that I bought it at clicks for my daughter who is 9yrs now the Philips Avent bottles I used them straight after coming home from hospital they are all leaking I sent an email no response I lost the receipt I am very disappointed

Best online shop
Very good company bought household staff toys and that portable fridge for the car I must say I am very happy with them I received my products they way they are online you know sometimes seeing things online change when you see them live didn't know about them someone on Facebook was complaining about their late delivery then I checked them found a lot of nice affordable things then I told myself let me give them 3 or 4 weeks to my surprise within a week received my staff love you guys 😛🥰🥰🥰🥰
