7 hours to have a file opened.

The worst clinic I've ever seen and experienced. The first time I went there it was for myself, for the removal and insertion of an implanon,which took the clinic 3 days to finally have the procedure done. Now recently, last week friday(6/01/2026) I wanted to consult for my 4 year old daughter, I arrived at around 9 and by 12pm a file was not opened, however because I had other commitments I decided to leave and come back the following Monday. Today is Monday, I cleared the day for clinic and 7 hours later until knock off time, I was still not able to open a file for her. When I got to the admin desk the guy who was supposed to open it for her, sent me to ask the nurse who works with kids if it was okay for him to open a file for my daughter. The time was 15:49 when I went to ask the nurse, her answer was "do you have a watch or a phone on you?" insinuating that it was late, so she said "no don't open a file". My daughter had to wait such long hours a lwala, not to have even just a mere file opened for her. You know I did not mind to return again tuesday because I figured the first time I went there that they take 2 to 3 days to have them assist patients. However for the fact that I didn't get a mere file opened for her! Was just messed up.
