Glad freezer bags fails to promote gladness.

I bought some Glad freezer bags (small 230mm x 300mm) and the product is just to impossible to use: it is extremely difficult to open the bags. My husband and I tried to open the bag and it took us a very long time. REally nog a product that I would consider again. I tried to contact the company but their web page (contacts) is unavailable.
